Join us June 4th from 7-9pm.
A program designed to help all riders feel more comfortable and capable in the unfortunate case of a roadside mechanical.
Cycling is a both a wonderful activity and yet steeped in tradition with a unique set of tribal rituals. This tribal knowledge is too often guarded and not readily shared with other cyclists.
Join us for a series of guided hands-on interactive activities, including:
Introductions to cycling specific terms and know-how to maximize your enjoyment of the ride.
Learn how to capably address the most common roadside mechanical issues experienced on a ride.
Preparations that every rider can do ahead of the ride to make the most of every ride.
WHO THIS IS FOR:
Experienced cyclists who are comfortable riding but want to confidently handle roadside mechanical issues. Stop by the shop any time for more details about the program.
WHAT TO BRING:
Your questions and curiosity. Although not mandatory, we recommend bringing your bike as well as dressing in your riding gear for the clinic.
DAS VELO donates 100% of your registration fees for this event to the Tour de Cure. To learn more about TdC and how you can participate please check out diabetes.org/mitourdecure
